The repeatmobile learning platform (RMLP) is used to provide and manage mobile learning contents and the organization of mobile-centered learning processes.

The repeatmobile learning platform (RMLP) has a multi-client enabled LMS (Learning Management System) with an attached authoring tool, so that companies and trainers can independently set up and change content.

It also includes a Learning Analytics System, where the tracking data of all learners is measured and stored.

The associated repeatmobile Learning Apps are part of the repeatmobile learning platform.

A. MY INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN PLANNER.

PLAN TRAININGS USING THE SYSTEM’S LMS.

The trainer or Personnel Development staff can conveniently conduct the Instructional Planning using the system.

DEFINE LEARNING OBJECTIVES.

The learning objectives are documented in the system, either by the trainees themselves, or by the trainer/Personnel Development manager.

SMART LEARNING NOTIFICATIONS.

In the app, you can provide reminders (Smart Learning Notifications) for your learning objectives. You can quickly and easily create the notifications with the help of the calendar.

PARTICIPANT QUESTIONNAIRE.

Using the questionnaire tool, trainees can be interviewed regarding their goals and expectations before, during, or after their training. Here, too, feedback on the seminar can be delivered, digitally stored, and evaluated.

MONITOR THE LEARNING PROGRESS.

The progress of all participants can be viewed in the Learning Analytics System (LMS). Data can be anonymized at the participant level, if desired.


B. DIGITAL TRAINING CONTENTS.

Trainings.

The trainer/Personnel Development staff leads the trainings themselves via the authoring tool and can transfer them to other directors at any time.

Tests.

You can decide for yourself how your tests should look by selecting the mode – single or multiple choice – as well as the number of questions and answers.

Notes.

The trainee has the ability to write their training and seminar notes directly into the app. Thus, questions for participant reflection are also possible.

Quiz Content.

Entertaining quizzes lighten up lessons for self-study. The single- or multi-player mode is determined by the participants themselves. In the multi-player mode, participants play against each other and deepen both their knowledge and their connections to each other. In single-player mode, the participant plays against a time limit.


C. SOCIAL COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION TOOLS.

Messenger.

All participants registered in the repeatmobile Learning App can communicate with each other via Messenger (similar to WhatsApp). It lets you create groups or chat 1:1 with another participant. In this way, comprehension questions and experiences with course topics can be exchanged.

News Section.

In the News Section, news about the course is shared. These are usually set up by the trainer or Personnel Development staff in the LMS.

Display & Contact course participants.

The registered participants can see who is enrolled in the course and contact other participants in advance. Naturally, they can also do so over the course of the training via Messenger.


D. LEARNING ANALYTICS.

EXTENSIVE USER LEARNING TRACKING.

Extensive User Learning Tracking is possible with repeatmobile’s Learning Analytics in the LMS. The Learning Analytics Dashboard shows all possible queries – including Unique Learner Behavior, Visits, and PIs – on every content page and, in a dynamic way, we show the Unique Learner Journey in all its forms. By default, this is anonymous, but upon request real names can be presented (customized system).

Test Scenarios.

The user’s knowledge is measured using tests before and after, in order to be able to present the progress made with their learning via the repeatmobile app. The data feeds into the Learning Analytics Reports and contributes to the cost-benefit analysis of the training measures.

Learning Analytics Consulting.

Recommendations regarding Mobile Learning Optimization (MLO) are derived from the Learning Analytics. If desired, we can provide these at any time, in order to draw the correct conclusions from the user behavior.

Learning Analytics Reports.

Extensive Learning Analytics Reports are compiled automatically, or at any time, so that they can be integrated into the company’s learning controlling. The modern HR or Personnel Development department is much more subject to reporting today than just a few years ago. The repeatmobile Learning Analytics helps the person in charge of reporting to provide the necessary information in a simple and secure way.
